He presents as a genuinely kind person, he appears to enjoy his work, and is good at engaging in "small talk." I felt free to ask any question regardless of how simple or complex. John completed the documents and presented them to me the next day, immediately after I paid for his services. The content is clear, thorough, concise, and academic. There are no opinions with the exception of value and he based his opinion on the facts of the most recent sales available to him. There were a few items on my boat that needed attention. I took the boat to Black Beards and was told that my wait was about 1.5 weeks. My buyer had driven 7 hours to get to Madill from Kansas City. Black Beards was aware of this and wanted to help. They rolled out the red carpet for me and took the boat in... then, called me 2 hours later and the boat was repaired!!!! UN-FRICKIN-BELIEVABLE!!!
