Lovely place and location. Recommend it and the people that run it were super helpful. We did have issues with the room. The tv wasn't working for example but they helped us out. Not a problem for us but the parking is slim. Just one for a room. We would definitely come back here again.

A great location with beautiful view. Enjoyed the proximity to The Loop. Easy access to cross the bridge for beach access, a cute market, and several places to eat. The rooms are spacious with plenty of sleeping options, full size kitchen table, sleeper sofa and chairs. Enough kitchen conveniences to make simple breakfasts and lunches without having to leave. Cute pool and dock area with a place to tie up a boat or launch a canoe/kayak. Not a fancy resort but a more than comfortable accommodation for relaxing and enjoying all Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Stayed on the second floor and enjoyed the view and activity of boats, paddle boarders and kayakers on the intracoastal.

The view!!

We'll be doing breakfast and lunch at the condo and eating out at restaurants following guidelines and most likely outside Dining on the pier and bars in open air to keep your family comfortable in the midst of pandemic. PS - this is on par with HHI (w/o the Ohio transplants) and better than surrounding areas. Lovely weekend (or week if you can afford it!) (Some people in our group went to Carolina beach last year and they said it felt like a dive bar and Wrightsville Beach was much nicer. ) The sandwich shop next door had decent prepared sandwiches, coffee, and alcohol. We also had a good dinner at Oceanic across the street. The pool was very nice and never very busy. Our rooms were clean and the place was quiet (except for footsteps above). Each suite is individually owned so there was variability in the kitchen set up (e.g., full-sized fridge vs smaller, oven vs toaster oven, high table vs regular table) and decor of some units is more updated than others. Also, my unit had blackout drapes but others didn't. They also had beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys available to use. WiFi was fast enough to upload pictures to social media but was slow for more data-heavy tasks. Breakfast is available in the lobby starting at 7:30. There are no tables to eat in the lobby but they have trays so that you can take the food back to your room. They had fresh fruit, juices, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, instant grits, packaged pastries, coffee (no decaf), and tea. Taphne and Steven were extremely nice and very helpful. Our reservations were complicated and changed at least twice and they were very accommodating. We booked directly (instead of booking dot com) and Taphne gave us a discount.

A solid choice for a short getaway to Wrightsville beach directly on the beach with enough parking…read morefor all the guests. Very reasonable rates and a friendly staff. The units are one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchenette, small table, couch and small balcony. We have stayed here several times and have always been pleased. The units are clean, well maintained and functional. My only beef is the water pressure is low, and I recognize that is a minor issue. You should give them a try if you are headed to Wrightsville.

Yes, the hotel has been…read moreupdated, however, they do not address complaints regarding house keeping, discriminant employee behaviors at check in or management/front desk behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to book at Wrightsville Beach, NC. I stayed at this hotel for over a week in 2025. When I had a confirmed booking a week ago, however, I was within the rebooking cancellation range of time. I called the front office, to seek available dates for the time I was in NC and was willing to fill any dates available that the had while I am flexible. I had a confirmed booking the prior week, however, when I called totry and book a new reservation for a few days while in NC, the from desk person said that I was banned from booking due to noise from my previous booking I di online and stated noise complaints from a "service dog" in 2025. That is complete false lie. On my intial booking, I booked my stay and prior to checking in I brought my " service dog" certification to the front desk. A 4.5 Pount Yorkie who is CERTIFIED as a SERIVE DOG. Upon, checking in, the Manager, questioned this, and the first morning I was away from my Yorkie who is CERTFIED in Allergy/Sezuire Detection, the Manager called me and stated a noise complaint. The hotel was mostly empty, however, I addressed this immediatly and thereafter took my Yorkie with me on the beach each day therafter. During my stay, the GM David-? was very discriminant, and called me to let me know that my dog had barked a few times around 11:00 am while I had gone to the store. I immediatly returned and let him come to the room and investigate. I had changed my dog's food prior to my stay and he barked while i was away possibly due to the ingrediants of the new BLUE BUFFALLO food. There after, I took my 4.5 pound Yorkie to the beach with me each day. The GM or Mananger mentioned that it was the housekeeper who mentioned the noise. Housekeeping never even came to my room, however, when I called the front desk to get new sheets related to bugs on my pillowcases, the GM/Manager came to my room and I helped change the sheets after he inspected the house keepers work. When I check out of my room, I placed a THANK YOU card with a $100 tip for the guy General Manager/Manager hoping that he would accept my appreciation and change his judgement of the CHARACTER he ahd of me. Fast forward, I booked a room last week online for a 7 day stay, I had no problems when I called the front desk and spoke with 'Kathy", however when she had to look deeper at what was available today June/15th, 2026, she called me back and stated that I was BANNED as a customer to book any future stay. Probably, the Manager she consulted with while he was working remembered my lasy stay, Which was nothing to be affected to me staying there agian. Total discrimination because the Manager's decision from my previous stay. My room was completely impeccable when I check out of the hotel lasy year,I had no issues except that I needed sheets to replace and called the front dek to change myself. But because the Manager questioned my 'Service dog" he created a scenario/narrative against me. I do not think that their management will continue with this discrimination. I did nothing wrong and when asked about complaints, they have nothing to prove. This was an inside discrimination from the Manager. All of the employees except the Manager, Jeanie and Kathy were awesome. Kathy was awesome lat week when I needed to reschedule until she had to ask her "Manager" about dates available. I have been flexible and told the hotel that I would fill the dates that were open. Total discrimination from the Manager-David if that is his name.

We had a nice balcony Oceanview Saturday and Sunday night August 6 and seventh, 2016. The place is booked, all 32 rooms, on weekends but not during the week. The two double beds were comfortable, there's a nice kitchenette. The whole place was remodeled January to April of this year and looks great. Walked right out of our second floor corridor onto the deck overlooking the ocean with stairs going right down to the beach. Much better deal than the Hampton Inn where the rest of the wedding guests stayed, less money too. We watched the Olympics on the new screen TV in the evening. Only thing is no breakfast included; however, we walked down a short distance to the Holiday Inn and enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Parking is not a problem at this prime location on the beach. 5 stars

I read the reviews and saw that it was very clean, as traveling with small children who require lots of toys etc I opted for the convenience of location. I quickly learned how thin the walls were and so loud music playing all night , after being in the water and sun I got zero sleep. Everyone leaves at 11 and only option advised was to call the police. Originally gave this place 4 stars but now dropping it to 1 as no matter how much fun you have if you don't get any rest you question if it was even worth it. Got checked in quickly and our room was nice and clean. Didn't see anything out of the ordinary or concerning in the room. The pillows were a little too soft for my liking but nothing to get upset over, bed was comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was very good; oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and more. Everything was nice and hot and tasted great very pleased with the breakfast. Staff greeted us each time we entered or exited the lobby. The reason for the 1 star loss: -The elevators smell, I don't know what it is by my wife and I both noticed it every time we got into either elevator, it's not pleasant and we were in a hurry to get out. -When we came back to the hotel on night 2 our toilet was having issues. It wouldn't fully flush, it just very slowly drained down and then kept a really low water level. I called the front desk and told them, I advised them there was nothing in the toilet just water but we needed it looked at as we couldn't use it. They said the guy that could fix it had stepped out and would be back in about an hour. Fast forward 2 hours later and nothing. We call again and are told he didn't come back, the night audit guy could fix it wait for him in a couple hours. The night audit guy never came so I went downstairs. I asked if he was night audit and he said yeah and asked if I was the guy with the toilet issue. I told him yes, he said he had no idea how to fix it but handed me a plunger and said I was welcome to try to fix it myself. Not the best customer service I've had.

This visit it was only the two of us so we thought SI would be a better fit for us. The staff and beach access was the best part of the stay. Our room had not 3 but 4 issues. I don't know if the renters prior to us didn't report them or if this unit had just been overlooked. The staff were all very understanding and responsive but honestly I feel as if I should not have had to spend my vacation time being their overseer. My expectations for $400+ per night for a 1 bedroom and pitiful excuse of a beach view balcony were definitely not met. With all this being said, we will pay extra $$$ in the future to receive the experience to meet our expectations. PS: We were not the only dissatisfied visitors. We experienced another individual canceling their stay at the property to stay elsewhere due this establishment not meeting their expectations.

(Jackson Browne) Location is one of the Residence Inn Wilmington Landfall's best features. It's just a few hundred steps from The Forum retail plaza, and its hundreds of restaurants and shops. Our sleeping room, work area, kitchen, and bathroom were spacious. The shower, WIFI, and AC worked great. The included breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed it on all 3 days of our stay. We do have some improvement opportunities, and the first is a safety issue. In room 120, there were two metal bars protruding out from under the bed that were covered up by a brown bed skirt. On the bathroom side of the bed is a narrow space where you access the bath area. I walked too close to the bed, and a metal bar hit my left shin and caused a bleeding cut. The metal bar was wrapped in black electrician tape, so obviously, the hotel is aware of the hazard, but that tape job did not prevent my injury. We witnessed two occasions where employees were complaining loudly to each other about boss/workplace issues. At my old job, we had a phrase we used -"Onstage/offstage". It meant be careful what you say when you are around the public, and don't behave unprofessionally around your customers. The staff can use some customer skills because half the time we walked by the registration desk, the person on duty never looked at us, acknowledged our presence, and never looked up from their phones.
