I've gone there every year for quite some time to rent either a lawn dethatcher or a core aerator,…read moresometimes both. No issues till today. Went in looking for a replacement throttle lever knob for an old Tecumseh engine, even had the old part in my hand. One of the owners asked ''do you have the part number"? I replied no, it's ancient but these are on tens of thousands of these engines across the world. I was told sorry, I just can't go looking through boxes for this. Maybe she should have said she 'couldn't be bothered'; there was only one other customer in the place and he was being attended to. If your aim was to lose my future business over an unwillingness to help me with a $6 part, mission accomplished. I prefer to shop local but Amazon is taking care of this for me.

I don't know if the dairy products are being left out in delivery or at the store but I have gotten spoiled products off the shelves also from the deli area. I won't even buy any dairy products especially from the deli. I still buy from the bakery but over the past 2 months it's gotten so bad that I'm weary of doing that also. The baker is either new or something but NOT following recipes, & substituting ingredients. Maybe they should have Main Ave retrain them?? Today I took a chance and bought blueberry muffins, got home took a few bites and threw the rest out! Waste of 6.00 It didn't taste like regular muffin mix, it kinda tasted like rye or pumpernickel, and the blueberry's were hard, I'm thinking maybe frozen?? But defiantly not fresh blueberry's. I dont know why they are going downhill like this. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

Customer service department is deplorable. Bought a king size mattress, started to sag after 8 months on my husband's side. Called customer service, waited 2 days for a return call. We have a service plan on the furniture. Customer service stated the plan doesn't cover mattresses but she "would do something for me", neglecting to mention the mattress has a 10 year warranty. The gentleman who was to evaluate the mattress took 3 days to call me. Wanted to come out Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Just wasn't possible on our end. Made an appointment for the following Monday. Here it is the work day half over, no call no show. No response from customer service. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. The store doesn't return calls either. Would definitely not recommend this store. Great before the sale, a nightmare after. Addendum: After finally reaching the local store and threatening to throw the mattress on the showroom floor, customer service reached out and will be here between 12n and 4pm. Another wasted day waiting. Why does one have to get so extreme before any action is taken?
