It's a tool store, what do you expect? Tools, tools, tools. What else can I say. They did not have the tool I wanted and I had heard from a friend, that she bought her's at this store. The says guy didn't even know what it was. I was looking for a glass ring saw. No luck. read more

Purchased 2 metal detectors at this store. We decided we only needed one. Tried to return the item in the unopened box. Because it was 2 weeks past their return policy date ,no exceptions ,they would not take it back nor would they offer a store credit! This item was still taped from the company unopened! I will never shop here again and will be closing my account. Terrible customer service! The manager could have at least given us a store credit but he was not personable and had a poor attitude! Beware shopping at this location! read more
