First of all friendly and very helpful customer service. I had to exchange a pressure washer and had absolutely no issue. Probably the easiest exchange I've ever done. Miss Michele and the manager went above and beyond to help us, and the whole staff is appreciated.. Thank you read more

I would rather give zero stars. You better watch your receipts at the Hattiesburg MS store. They added a membership to our purchase which we never asked for guy just threw it in the bag and said I saved you an extra 15%. I paid cash but knew something seemed off with the total so I went outside and refigured and instead of saving us anything we had paid $20 more than we should have to start with. So we went back in to get our money back and they REFUSED to give us the cash back claimed they had no way to do that. They are stealing money from people and it's ridiculous. Something needs to be done at this store!! read more

So after my psychic powers failed at finding what I was instructed to find I eventually found a staff person to confirm that what I was searching for literally didn't exist but there was a possible substitute which I acquired. On checkout I paid with cash for the first time ever in a Lowe's and for some reason I got no receipt as part of that process? Overall this was a VERY different experience than my past Lowe's experience in many other places as I had no good data on what I was expected to find and then a very odd checkout time with no receipt. I'm still not sure if I've ended up with the correct size lights yet as that is TBD...

After an extended period with no response, I went to the customer service desk to request assistance. The employee was very courteous and announced a customer service need over the PA system.
