My experience was not pleasant or as expected. I brought my lawn mower for repair. I was told that…read moreI would get a call in about 3 days with a repair estimate. Then, they suggested, I could decide if I would like to get it repaired and tuned-up, or just buy a new mower. This was just a non-commercial mower for home use. After not hearing anything for a week, I called and was informed that the mower was ready. When I arrived, I was informed that they could not replicate the problem that I described, but that they had changed the oil and tuned-up the mower. The charge was about $90. The next time I used the mower, the same issue that I wanted repaired, occurred after 5 minutes of use. I expected more from TOPS. I only went there because of some excellent reviews online.
