I'm a disabled Veteran, I was cruising through the store a the scooter because I can't walk very much. Not one employee offered any assistance ( it was slow and I could see the employees standing around and talking) when I asked for help, I was told that someone would be right there but 15 minutes later, nobody came by. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's a Home Depot right across the street. Hopefully they'll treat a disabled Veteran a little better. read more

Trash customer service. TRASH customer service.... I was ignored, and had to wait while they paid more attention to the winter texan type of customer over me when I needed like one thing that would take less than 2 minutes to get and purchase. Rude check out as well. read more

Purchased a new dishwasher and paid for installation. year and a half after installation dishwasher, hitting side of cabinets when closing. was never appropriately secured into space. 4 phone calls and two hours later Lowes tells me oh well your problem you'll need to find someone read more

Incredibly rude staff! Can't believe I contributed to this horrible business! Extremely ruthless attitude when I pointed out the deal we didn't receive. If you're looking for a good experience, go to home depot!! read more

Today was very busy. We waited patiently for help and when we got the help we needed, Jay in appliances was very nice. I appreciate employees kindness in the hustle and bustle of a busy Saturday. As I checked out in customer service, Lori the cashier (She should be a manager) was a big help in adding an order to a pre existing order we had for an appliance package so that both orders can be delivered on the same day. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, kindness and customer services. My wife and I appreciate Lowe's hiring great staff. read more

In 2021Ordered and paid $1200 for window installation March 19. Contractor measured but the window Lowes ordered was too small. It's July. Lowes installation manager has been avoiding my calls, emails and texts for weeks. I'd NEVER do business there again. I GOT MY MONEY BACK read more

Twice in last month I've ordered material from Harlingen Lowe's and had to cancel because of too slow delivery. I placed order last weekend and received notice it was ready. I arrived and checked in. I called three times and was assured order would be right out. After 45 minutes I contacted Home Depot. They had order ready when I got there read more

Worst. I called twice only to be placed on hold for a total of 35 mins. It's ridiculous!!!! It shouldn't take long and there should be more than one person manning the phones. read more

No one answers the phones!! What's up with that?! Been calling for hours. Finally got someone and they left me on hold and hung up. Simply unacceptable! read more

Went to choose and purchase a new washing machine. Waited 20 minutes to be told someone would be right with me. Finally an associate arrived. Showed her the model I wanted. Not in stock. When will you have new stock? "I don't know." What DO you have in stock? "I don't know." I went to customer service and asked for the manager. A younger man came out and we went to look at the washing machines. Each one Not In Stock. Not In Stock. Not In Stock. I asked if they really even sold washing machines. "Doesn't seem like it, does it?" This location has zero concept of customer service. Went to Conn's at purchased a set. Install in 2 days. Free delivery. Lowe's Blows. read more

Ordered an appliance with delivery date of 4/3. Not hearing from them, I CALLED & spoke to delivery clerk. He informed me that they only had one truck available & delivery would be made, tomorrow, 4/4 approx. 11AM. Again not hearing from them I did a CHAT only to be told " Branden from deliveries who will be getting in contact with you. He stated that he was needing to speak with the delivery team about rescheduling your order due to being on an Island. He stated that Sunday will more than likely be your actual delivery date. Once this is confirmed he will be following up with you." I informed her to CANCEL my order & I would order from one of their competitors as I do not like being LIED to. read more

By far the worst store in Harlingen for customer service. An order and recommendations were placed by Judge Eddie Trevino Jr., Cameron County Judge. In the orders/recommendations stated "In addition all individuals in the County should wear face coverings or masks when in public. The word should is not must. It is a discretionary word and Lowes refuse me to enter their store without a covering or mask. The limitation of the definition of the English language is very weak in Southern Texas. I understand Covid-19 it is a droplet passing virus. In turn a cloth mask will not keep this virus from effecting the person wearing it. I will never shop at Lowes again, not because of the precautionary procedures of this order/recommendation, but because of the ignorance of the American people living in South Texas and working at Lowes. read more

Terrible experience-I bought and paid for over $1500.00 in product (in a basket) and asked if I could pick it up the next morning when I could come in a truck-they said yes-when I got there, they said products were gone, had no more and refunded my money-manager said she would get back to me and I'm still waiting read more

This store has the worse service out of any Lowes store that I have visited. While I understand that these are difficult times, this particular store is extremely understaffed and have no idea how to manage in a crisis. This is a reflection of the Management team, who never showed up to handle complaints from several Customers. Highly disappointed that a store which supposedly prides itself on customer service failed miserably. read more

Plumbling department employees are knowledgeable once you are lucky enough to get someone to help you. But after waiting for over 10 minutes finally getting some help then having him leave me because he received a call from someone telling him to go help another customer in the kitchen cabinet department made me very angry. I realize my small purchase from the plumbing department in no way measured up to the $1000.00's that the cabinets would generate, but I was there 1st! A couple weeks later I returned to buy subway tile and tiling supplies. I was introduced to an employee at the pro desk who helped me figure out how much tile I would need. However he sent me out 2 boxes short, without backer board and far too much mastic. (5 bags, I only used 1 bag.) I returned again to buy some electrical outlets for living room and bedroom. Again, waited in electrical department for 15 minutes. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ever showed up. I have since returned all supplies not used, received credits to account, and refuse to return. (Each time I did discuss concerns with management. read more

I wish there was an option for no stars! This place has horrible customer service. The cashiers make faces when you have them call someone for help in their departments. Would of been nice if the cashier "Ireland" could of at least made the effort to pick up the intercom and call someone. And if you're lucky you'll get someone to actually come and help you. We were not lucky. After the third time still nothing. read more

Appliance Buyers Beware!!! I rarely write reviews. I only write reviews for exceptionally poor service or exceptionally good service. I have to say that I am beyond disappointed. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. To make a long story short, we ordered a full set of kitchen appliances and told it would take 2 weeks for the order to come in and then an extra day for delivery. Our purchase date was 8/11/18. Today is 9/19/18 and we are still waiting on our delivery. I have called and my husband has gone in the store to inquire about our order. After 2 weeks of not receiving our appliances, Lowe's told us another 2 weeks. Then that date came and went, then we were told another month. After questioning the delay, we were told we would have our appliances within the next two days. Nothing happened after 2 days and now they are telling us maybe next week. The sad part is that we put the appliances on a payment plan and we have have already been making payments. The other sad part is that we sold our old appliances and kitchen sink. Our new kitchen sink (that we bought from Lowe's) can't be hooked up until the dishwasher comes in. My family hasn't had a kitchen sink since the end of August. Please don't make the same mistake we did. read more
