I went to Lowes, checked in, and they had me park in the pick up area. After 45 minutes of waiting, I received an email Thanking me for picking up my order. However, they never loaded me with my blocks. I went in and they said they already loaded me. However, I pointed out that my truck was still there and no one did anything. So, they loaded up a pallet with my order then and finally loaded me. The takeaway from all this was that my order was never ready in the first place as the email said it was and there is a lot of confusion about the process of having online orders ready for pickup. Normally, Menards is my go to place because they are so much more organized and generally cheaper and have everything normally in stock. But there was no Menards in that area as why I went to Lowes. Is management generally this bad or is Menards just generally much better?

I'd rather go here than Lowe's for a quick trip. The prices are average for a small town. But the thing that catches my eye the most is the competitively priced and locally made cypress porch swings in three different sizes. I'm glad I measured because the one I need is smaller than I thought I did for my space allowed unless I extend the porch of which I am sure they have decking to do so.
