I am an older female who hasn't mowed a lawn in decades. I was absolutely clueless and told the store manager as such when I called to share that a battery was missing in the order. He personally delivered the battery and then taught me how to use the tools safely, as well as how/when/why to charge the batteries (yes, it matters). I am so utterly grateful for his kindness that I don't know what to say. These tools would have been useless to me without these lessons. I'll be going back.

That's not my fault they should've honored the price. They did not do that. Proceeded to argue with me over it. I do not recommend this place to any one.
