My personal golf cart broke down across the street from The Golf Cart Store and Coastal Cowboy Cart…read moreRentals. The guys saw me stranded and came outside to help. Without hesitation, they helped me push the cart across the street and into their lot (it was a hot and busy weekend in June). Then, their tools came out and started testing everything. It became clear this was an issue a mechanic would need to fix. After the guys recommended a mechanic (whom was booked out that day) they offered to let me keep the cart in their lot overnight. The following day, the mechanic was able to get me up and rolling after swapping out a failed ECU. I offered to pay the guys for their assistance, which they graciously declined. Although I didn't do business with either Coastal Cowboy or The Cart Store, I recommend both of them due to their generosity, kindness, and Southern Hospitality. They didn't try to sell me anything or make me feel at any point as a nuisance to their business. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys!

They also are unwilling to "deviate" from their pricing. It's crazy, you have 100 carts just sitting there and 20 other cart rental places with almost as many sitting, and you won't budge on an off season price. I don't understand why you would rather they sit and earn you zero income, versus making a deal and getting some cash money, in an off season time period. So we rented elsewhere.
