if I could give a ZERO STARS I would! By far the worst experience I've ever had as a new patient at a doctor's office! I arrived at 9:45 for a 10 o'clock appointment and unfortunately I forgot that when I booked the appointment, she told me to arrive 30 minutes early. I was told when I got there they weren't sure if they would be able to see me since I hadn't filled out the paperwork and didn't get there 30 minutes early. I was lectured multiple times made to feel like a problem. The nurse also lectured me and told me I was told multiple times when I wasn't then rolled her eyes and Smirked! This was at 10:20 then she says do you want a manager? I said yes, she comes in further lectures even though it's nowhere on any of the apps that I was sent. asked me if I wanted to reschedule the appointment because they can't see me now! I said you're kidding right? Do not I repeat do not go to this facility they do not care about their new Patients! I left crying as I have memory issues which was why I was there! read more

I have used Harbin Clinic for many years and most of the time the services, doctors and staff are great. Its a hit or miss with which doctor you are seeing. I've been a patient with some doctors with great results and some doctors with poor results. Harbin Clinic management needs to monitor their offices more thoroughly and frequently to see whats going on in them. Some doctor office staff members are very professional which reflects directly on the doctors and Harbin Clinic concerning a particular office. In turn some doctor office staff members are very unprofessional and the office is ran poorly, which this also reflects directly on the doctors and Harbin Clinic. I told one doctor that I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room for my appointment and he told me that I was lucky that some times its a longer wait than that. I was not happy with his answer, so I never went back to that particular doctor. On the other end of the spectrum I've had doctors apologize to me if they are 5 minutes late and of coarse I'm still seeing this doctor. Doctor's, Harbin Clinic management and office staff members in the various Harbin Clinic offices need to realize that the patient's time is just as important as theirs. The office staff should scan the waiting room from time to time and observe if someone has been waiting a long time. If they see this, then they should immediately get up and go out to the waiting room to check on this patient, to see what the hold up is, etc. Harbin Clinic claims to have great and caring customer service, if this is true then start presenting this type care in the many various offices. My appointment was at 9:30 am i got there at 9:13 am. I was called back after waiting over an hour. Went to the back met with the doctor whom was only interested with 1 of my symptoms and said i would have to see my family doctor for my other issues. Even though it is the field he works in and the reason i drove 2 hours to come in. I have been a patient for a long time. I have one doctor that I still see and he is the only reason I go there. Period. However, I am so fed up with the bull I get every time I go. I had to see a cardiologist. I have only seen him just once. Here is my problem: I am handed my pre-printed paperwork. Imagine my surprise when my birth date was off by 20+yrs. older, and I had had bariatric surgery for morbid obesity in 2009. Oh, no, I did NOT have bariatric surgery! EVER! This is the second time, two separate doctors and occasions, that I have called morbidly obese by this clinic. I am NOT! Oh, many years ago I was. I lost 156lbs. YEARS ago. So, being called MORBIDLY OBESE when you work and loose a ton a weight is more than a little ANNOYING! The first time I called them on it, I was told "oh, gosh, sorry. We just type that so much, we just get carried away and put it on everybody's! So Sorry!" What? My insurance company, other physicians that see my records before the see me don't know this is wrong! Then today. The great bariatric surgery of 2009! I said, I NEVER have had bariatric surgery! I was told "oh, sorry. I'll delete that." Well, gosh, thanks! Then I tell them my birthdate which is in 1964, I was CORRECTED and told No! "I was born in 1946!" Like I was too stupid to know when I was born. That mean's my mom was 12 and dad was 10 when I was born! If they are mixing this crap up, what OTHER stuff are they mixing up?! And, should you ever get to his, ahem, great establishment, and see Dr. Ejieke, just don't. She is AN IDIOT! Unless someone else has diagnosed you, she doesn't know what to do with you. She spent an hour asking me "why hasn't so and so said you have that." I was like, really? Were you out that day in medical school when they told you patient's present with issues and you ....diagnose?! Nope. Not her. She missed it all. She is a danger to people! Harbin Clinic used to be a wonderful medical complex. With many good doctors. Now, not so much. If you go, you are on your own. Shame really. read more
