Do not come here, extremely rude place. When I arrived was not greeted just asked what i want. Requested foot massage for $25 she said pay first that's not a problem I handed her my cc and then she asked for tip. Being I hadn't been there before and do tip depending on service I said you can add $2 if I like it I will add more she said minimum $5 tip. I'm a great tipper I've worked in the service industry and if the person deserves a great tip I will definitely give one but the fact that I hadn't been seen and she was expecting a tip up front and with a minimum I had to collect my cc and leave. I have been to Happy World several times now and enjoyed each visit. The shop is clean and well organized with pleasant music, which I really appreciate as some shops play horrible music and it really ruins the atmosphere. I prefer a medium pressure massage with hot stones for an hour. Communication was easy and my requests were understood each time. Also there is a sign that says for a 60 min massage the tip is $10 and for a 90 min massage tip is $15. They will harass you for a tips . Her strength was too much for me, and she seemed didn't have a good knowledge or understanding of the human body as required for a massagist. So I reviewed this place when it first opened up back in 2014. And I gave it 5 stars because of the male masseur there. But I believe it has since changed management or owner or something. The place has revamped itself. It no longer has the 4 foot massage beds in front like it used. It does look better. It has 2 foot massage beds on the right when you walk in. And it has probably 2-3 beds behind a ceiling-high curtain on the left. Not sure what is exactly behind the curtain or what kind of massages those are set aside for. There are also a few private rooms in back for body massages. I have been there twice since they have revamped itself. Not sure how long ago this has been the case. But like it said the male masseur is no longer there; he gave the best massages. However, there is one new middle-age woman there that gives a good solid massage. But I've had better. The prices have risen. I still go have though because it's still cheap and local. I may have to try other massage place though now. It's $20 for 60 min foot massage. $20 for 30 min body massage, $35 for 60 min body massage. They have other packages but I don't remember the prices. read more

I've had my fair share of massage parlors and this one is not bad but not great either. Same routine as some of the other SGV foot massages: face, head, arms, hands, feet, legs, back, shoulders and neck. Be aware that there are only four beds in the main room so if they are busy, it will be quite a wait. Also, there are private rooms in the back for body massages. Another downside is that the walls are thin so being located in such a busy plaza and right next to a restaurant you can hear people talking and moving chairs on the other side of the walls. Other than these minor issues, the massages are alright and you do leave feeling greater than when you arrived. It does really depend on who you get. Plus, you cannot ask for much since its $15/hr. I was greated nicely and taken in. Jenny was busy with another client so I was attended by an older man, he started by soaking my feet and giving a scalp massage. But, then an attractive lady was placed next to me and and he told the greater (a young girl) to continue with me. This bothered me to begin with, but I could lived with it if she knew how to give a massage. But, all she did was rub lotion on my arms for 15 minutes and then just rubbed oil on my feet for the remaining half hour. I have been to a varity of massage establishment to very knowledgeable therapist to completely inexperienced. The young girl had no knowledge or she just did not want to do it. Did they believe just because I was a man and young girl was attending to me that it was going to be okay. That was completely unprofessional.
