It was my first time at this toy store. We walked by after our lunch, and of course my little one wanted to come inside. This place is amazing. They have a good variety of brands from Melissa&Doug, Brio, Lego, Schleich, and even my favorite toy car PlayForever!!! You definitely will be able to find cool things for almost anyone. Not only my little one had a fun time picking up his animal toys, but also I found myself had a great time looking at beautiful Playforever cars on the shelf. Price is fair imo. Staffs were friendly and helpful. They have gift wrapping service which is really convenient when you're in a time crunch. I wasn't sure whether if it's a complimentary service. Inside out: this place is incredibly cute inside and out. Inside is like a Wonderland of imagination and every toy you didn't know you absolutely needed for any human. Service: The people that run this place are absolute gold I can't recommend them highly enough. They spend a lot of time selecting their products and it shows, they know all about them and they are happy to teach you. Stuff: absolutely everything looks awesome, it's a bit on the higher price range for me as a peasant but even I could find things for my friends and loved ones and myself that were within reach. The huge difference here from ordering online is that you can see and experience the product, I was looking at buying one of these puzzle cubes for a long time but could never touch one until I went into the store. Once I played with it I knew I had to buy it so I had a fidget toy for the plane back! I love this place! My spouse and I first stumbled upon it while waiting for a table at a nearby restaurant and have come back quite a few times in search of unique gifts. Most of the items are priced very competitively as compared to amazon or target, so I prefer to shop here, since it supports a local business and there isn't much/any price difference. Needless to say, I got right into the spirit of things, playing around with all the different toys and marveling at the vast selection. The store owner and her employee were both super helpful and friendly despite the store being packed. The merchandise seemed to be priced fairly and there was quite a bit to choose from. I just called Happy Up, Inc toy store, asking about toy leaf blowers. The guy on the other side of the phone was as enthusiastic as the 2 year old I am buying it for. Sadly, they didn't have any, but what a great idea. Laughing, I explained that we have one, HOWEVER, he REALLY wants a backpack blower. We bought a Ghostbusters toy proton pack, but it doesn't make sound, so to him, it doesn't work. We chuckled. Hung up. Moved on. Not 2 minutes later, my phone rings, and I recognize the number as Happy Up, Inc. on the other side is a female employee calling to say she actually MADE her son a backpack blower. She gave me the items she used. (Sorry my cellphone dropped the call!) They were both so friendly and went above and beyond. My husband and both were astonished by the call back to help us out, particularly since it wasn't going to make a sale for them. I always try to shop on small business Saturday. The variety of toys was astounding as well as the fact that most of the toys were unisex and educational. The price is higher than what you might find, for example, at a big box store, but here, you're paying for: supporting a local business and local families in addition to paying for quality.
