My Windshield trim on the passenger side came loose while on a trip to Colorado. I was able to…read morestabilize the trim that was flapping in the wind with a bungy cord until I could acquire some duct tape that did the job. I bought this RV from a guy who had the windshield replaced by Rodfathers just before I bought it in April 2023. Since the trim was adhered to the body of the RV by Rodfathers after they replaced the windshield. After returning from Colorado, I took my RV to Rodfathers to have them to reattach the piece of trim on the passenger side in the same manner as the trim on the drivers side was attached. I was told that the warranty was not transferrable from one owner to the next and that it did not apply to me since the previous owner was the one that had the windshield replaced. The warranty should apply to the vehicle not the owner, unless they use this to get out of standing behind their workmanship. From the day the windshield was replaced to the day that the trim came loose was 90 days exactly. Any repair service that cannot stand behind their workmanship for 90 days is not a repair facility that I care to do any business with in the future. I related to them that I would not use them for any future repairs or services. I also will not recommend them to others for repair or services. Bill D.

They will put on parts on your vehicle and do whatever they want. What if I didn't have the money?…read moreThis was a set up. By law you have to discuss with the owner of the vehicle (ME) before you order any parts. They charged 9 hours of labor and had the unmitigated audacity to say, they could've charged for more labor. Also, their UNDER EXPERIENCED mechanic did a force regen and the actual def was leaking due to HIS NEGLIGENCE of not tightening up a bolt. Save yourself the irritation and go to the dealership. These people are liars, theives, and con artists. They will rob you with no gun. Response: You all are trying to cover your butts. My truck was NOT in derate. I drove it in. I even complained to Bobby that he should've informed me about those parts. Stop lying and take accountability for your screwed up actions. And an apology does NOT NEGATE NEGLIGENCE. Your mechanics are sorry!

They were 15 minutes until closing and helped us out anyway. Turns out one of the break pads had come loose. Thank G we didn't travel but a couple miles with it that way. Honest and caring, you don't hear that very often these days. BTW they are hiring.

I talked with J.R. And explained the situation. He quickly arranged a tow for our 40 bus. Upon arrival at the shop J.R. Introduced us to Bobby who was going to be our mechanic. VERY nice guy! Bobby quickly diagnosed our problems and got replacement parts ordered. Two nights in a hotel and we were back out on the road. Everyone at Derrells was fantastic! I have no problem recommending Derrell's Garage to anyone needing work done on their vehicles! Thank you Derrell, J.R. and Bobby for turning what could have been a bad situation into a positive one!!

After bouncing along the highway through Louisiana we notice diesel fuel leaking. We pulled into an RV park in Claude, TX on a Saturday and figured we wouldn't be able to get service until Monday. Took a chance on a Google search of mobile mechanics in the area. We are so glad we chose Sky's. Schuyler came out and did an assessment of our problem, ordered the part and returned the next day to complete the repair. He noticed a problem that we weren't even aware of, and trouble shot the repair. We appreciated his keeping in contact with us when he was in route by phone and text. Highly recommend this business if you are local to the Amarillo area or if you are on the road traveling as we are.

He had to come back three times and still charged hourly rate for travel (4 hours each way). Before everything was done, I paid out almost $9K. After he was done, broke down again after 5 miles. Longer story short, come to find out he didn't put in the fuel injectors properly nor did he clean out the bore before putting in the new ones, so it destroyed all of the fuel injectors (new and old) and almost destroyed my entire engine. Everything I paid him was a complete waste of time and money and caused more damage, thus costing me thousands more. BAD SERVICE, BAD WORK, and overall, he took complete advantage of me and saw me as just dollar signs.

It took 3 days (!!) to replace my windshield and I had a sinking feeling that, because Braden…read more(Owner) doesn't advertise that they calibrate windshields, that he was straight-up lying to me when he said his company did. I brought my Lexus in at 8am on Wed. & he kept saying, "It'll be ready tomorrow, tomorrow..." then I got a text from Street Toyota saying "Thank you for bringing in your vehicle!" ON FRIDAY MORNING. I am very grateful that his ego wasn't bigger than my safety but he cracked my cowl seal (GOOGLE THATT!) and broke my windshield wiper - - which he did not disclose - - I had to notice it and point out that I just got my oil changed at Street Toyota a week before and was absolutely certain the windshield wiper was in new condition before I dropped it off to him. So began the "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" game for those replacements and it took him, Julio, my giant paper-book manual, and GOOGLE for them to change the windshield wipers - - which do not look right - - and he replaced both cowls when only the one that he destroyed was needed. (There was no sun damage to it nor was there wear & tear - - they were perfectly sealed and unnoticeable!) He replaced it with an ill-fitting seal or just did a 1/2-Donkey job because there's a gaping hole now leaving the engine and my cabin vulnerable to weather and critter exposure. He, Ted, and Julio just made me feel like a Dumb Female and I know they're reading this saying, "That's redundant!!" But I have pictures and video of Braden & Julio just confounded as to how to change the windshield wiper so - - who's the dumb female??! (Sorry to be redundant). Definitely go to Accent unless you're a Dumb Female. (Sry, thame sing).
