I've attached some pictures to back-up my statements. This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust.
