Since we have 2 small kids and multiple jobs, this service has been a godsend to us and our time. We first thought biweekly would be enough, but we quickly switched to weekly once we realized how nice it was to have low amounts of poop in our yard all the time. One of our 3 dogs is a very barky (but cute IMO) schnauzer, and Shay deals with him, his giant turds, and his brothers' small poops reliably and without complaint. So not only was I not impressed with the shitty service but I've been paying for the non-existent shitty service for months now. The groomer shaved a single patch on my dogs chest, and a single patch on his rear (doesn't even cover align to his anus for pooping). Scissor cut on the stomach left most of it in patches and the hair that were cut were still hanging on to the other hairs. Not even to mention the face, a four year old could have at least covered it uniformly but there were random strands that were inches longer than the rest. Overall terrible experience, when I asked for a refund they told me no because my pet wouldn't hold still (he does fine at krisers which I guess I'll be going back to on Monday to fix the atrocious mess)

Then they stopped showing up stopped calling claiming they sat in front of my house waiting for confirmation the dog's were locked up. But they were never in front of my house. Checked all my cameras and no contact no trucks showed up. The tech then calls and argues with me that his truck had GPS and he was there. He was rude and argumentative I never had a problem with them before. I cancelled and would not recommend. The calling me and arguing the facts for two weeks is crazy. Save your money go with someone who doesn't have a rude tech handle customer service.
