That loyalty clearly meant nothing. After 5 weeks between appointments, which has never been an issue in the nearly two years I've been coming, I was suddenly told my scheduled 3 week fill had to be changed to a full set for an extra $80, or my appointment would be canceled. There was no warning at my last visit and no willingness to assess my lashes in person, as had always been done before. Most of their clients are college students who go home for Christmas break for four weeks, and expecting us I guess "not" to get lashes done during that time when the lashes clearly don't last that long! Does not makes sense. This was never a problem before, yet suddenly it became a reason to drop me as a client. Instead of working with a long-term customer, management decided we were "not the right fit." It honestly just feels like this decision was about charging more money, and that's all that matters to them now. Policies can change, but communication, consistency, and loyalty should matter. Unfortunately, they didn't here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and so will the friends I referred.

She said she had to color it twice, once to a medium brown, and then another to go dark brown, doubling the cost ($120). The price was outrageous for a simple all over color. We went to the medium brown but it turned out more light brown. She also put a temporary color even though I said I wanted a permanent one. There's an additional $30 charge for blow dry. There are better salons where you won't feel so nickel-and-dimed.
