I was so impressed with their service, I made my second appointment. . . And despite having an appointment, I waited over 2 hours for my appointment. The mall is pretty empty, so there was no place to "browse"; so I sat, and waited. . .and waited. . .and waited. Once I was seated, the service again was excellent. Highly Recommend for the nail service, but if you seek quantity over QUALITY; some of the other shops may suite you better and you'll get quicker service. Using the other nail shops, my polish never lasted; but this shop is better in that regard. Time management is my only concern.
