After trying several nail shops in Selma, I happened on Le Nails; my first appointment was a walk…read morein and the wait was long (more than 45 minutes); shop is clean, excellent sanitation methods after each customer; they take your temperature before you enter. . .Very strong COVID precautions. I was so impressed with their service, I made my second appointment. . . And despite having an appointment, I waited over 2 hours for my appointment. The mall is pretty empty, so there was no place to "browse"; so I sat, and waited. . .and waited. . .and waited. Once I was seated, the service again was excellent. Highly Recommend for the nail service, but if you seek quantity over QUALITY; some of the other shops may suite you better and you'll get quicker service. Using the other nail shops, my polish never lasted; but this shop is better in that regard. Time management is my only concern.

I have gotten my nails done here for several years with no bad experience, today was different. I…read moregot a young man that was very rude, and very unprofessional. When I questioned the charges (before getting serviced) he rudely said "this is Selma, it's more in Montgomery ". I said " I have gotten my nails done in major cities and have had no problems, he said "that was those major cities" and proceeded to speak I'll of my in his native tongue to another technician. I said he was rude, and his reply. .."if I wanted to talk about you, I would have done it in English. How RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He rushed through my nails, never trimmed my cuticles, and wiped my hands with warm towel, and said $40.00. I asked about lotion and hand massage, he said "that's extra". With every other service that I have had at that salon, I have never paid extra for lotion and hand massage. When I asked his name he told me Michael, but I didn't see any licenses displayed for a Michael. Cindy has worked hard to have a nice salon, and obviously hasn't taught her staff CUSTOMER SERVICE, the customer is the customer that she relies on for business, however while it may not make a difference to her. . .I will not pay my money to be insulted and treated the way I was treated today, even if I have to go to Montgomery to get my nails done. I have witnessed this type of rude service before, but because it happened to me, I won't be back. It's sad that people feel they have to put up with this type of treatment to get services. . .I have sat in this nail shop for hours waiting to be serviced because I liked their services, today I was treated so unkindly and unprofessionally I will take my business and money elsewhere.

This by far was one of the worst full set of nails I have gotten in my adult life. The staff…read moreovercharged me because I decided to go with a gel polish instead of a pink and white set. Then charged an additional two dollars because I used my card. The lady sitting next to me said, you look like you need a fill-in already. I even asked the tech was he nervous as he was applying the acrylic to my nail and dropping it everywhere. Some places had acrylic and others didn't. I don't have two nails on either hand that are the same shape!!!!! PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT... I have gone into this establishment at other times and paid for full sets with pedicures with acrylic and designs for myself and 5 other family members at the least 3 times last year. No limits where places on what either family member had done. So just imagine the bill. Now yesterday I was a bit under dressed, it was a relaxation day for me so I was comfortable and I can only assume that this was why I walked out with this horrendous set of nails. I wouldn't give this one star, but the only way you can post a review is if you give at least one star.
