After searching online, I hired Lindsay for a family photo session (ahead of time). So glad I did! We arranged to take the pictures right at our resort, which was very convenient. Lindsay and I talked first about what kind of shots we were going for and together we selected the best spots on the property. I greatly appreciated her professional input, as well as how personable and friendly she is. She was terrific with our grandchildren and interacted with them warmly, eliciting smiles and natural candid shots. When they became restless, she moved us along to other spots on the property, giving them a chance to run around a little and also creating some variety, in terms of settings and backdrops for the photos. The result was really nice pictures from which to choose, a variety of styles with a combination of both posed and candids. We're so happy with our selections and my husband said it one of the best surprise birthday gifts he received!

I called at around 10am, the phone rang and someone answered with a hello, first thought in my mind was that maybe I had the wrong number. I asked if that was the photo studio and the answered was yes after explaining the lady my situation she said it was okay for her to take and email me my photo I needed for today. She asked me what time and I asked her what time would work for her. She then said she needed to check her agenda and would call me back in 10 mins. Something in my heart told me she was not going to call so I moved on to another studio I was able to find At around 2:40pm I got a text from the same lady telling me that she could not take the photo today and to let her know if tomorrow work better and by the way it was going to be $250. (This is double the price I got the service done somewhere else. ) How is it possible that you make someone wait all this time to say you can't do the service when I very clearly explained I needed the photo for the same day?

The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! My gift turned out better than I had ever imagined and the recipient was more than happy to receive it! I can't Thank Olivia and team for creating a very special, everlasting memory.
