The ordering process was a little awkward though. There was one guy working the front and I had a hard time hearing/understanding him at first (maybe he was speaking too quietly?), but it became easier once we switched to Vietnamese. He also didn't seem to recognize the drink I wanted even after I gave the menu number, so I had to point it out on the menu before he could ring it up correctly. I'm guessing he might've been new. The banh mi took longer than expected considering the place was empty, probably because from what I could see, there was only one lady in the back making food. Taste-wise, it was decent but nothing especially memorable for me, and the size felt smaller compared to other places I've ordered from. I think the banh mi only came in one size. Usually, I'd order a Large so maybe that's why this one seems small. There were at least a couple tables inside so I could sit and wait. This location is unfortunately tucked away behind an H&M in the South Hill Mall. However, I'm always grateful for the walk, as it is three out of the four minutes of exercise I do weekly.
