Melissa at Premier was wonderful throughout the planning process and helped calm my nerves and find solutions when I was feeling stressed. The service staff was very friendly and on point from set up to service to clean up. Premier was able to set up the space exactly how I envisioned. While the wedding planning process was stressful and a lot of work, Melissa consistently made me feel at ease and had a solution for every question or obstacle. I was on the fence about having a buffet, but the food service moved quickly and efficiently so no guests were waiting for too long. When we ran out of popular high noons at the bar, Premier staff went to the liquor store twice to restock. I was concerned about going over budget for the open bar but her quote was accurate and we actually received $300 back after the event. I would definitely hire Premier again!

You'd be surprised how many times we heard, "We cannot plan a party on this small a budget." Well okay then! But the folks at BG were wonderful-- so accommodating, so friendly, and genuinely excited about working with us. The tasting was an experience. We walked in to find our names printed on a little welcome card in the lobby, and the table set for what turned out to be a really cozy and fun lunch with Michele and Caitlin. We were offered wine, chatted as the food was served, heard a little bit about each dish as it came out, and were sent away with packed up leftovers to share with the rest of the office. That was what sealed the deal, honestly-- we left their office confident in their ability to produce an event that felt like we wanted it to feel, and since we already knew they could stay within our budget, we were sold. Leading up to the event, I couldn't have been happier. It was my first time being in charge of an entire event for my company, and Michele was always available to answer my questions, promptly and with good humor. She made recommendations, always with an eye to matching style with budget consciousness, and even up to the day before the party was proactive about checking in to make sure every detail was seen to. The party itself (held at the Charles River Museum of Industry in Waltham) went off without a hitch-- our Executive Director used the word "perfect" more than once-- and once the cocktail hour started I was even able to relax and enjoy myself, knowing we were in good hands. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with BG, and recommend them without reservation.

My fridge was full of ziplock bags and containers of leftovers, my outdoor bins filled with recyclables and trash, my kitchen clean and tidy. Drinks were always cold and stocked. She even offered to whip up some watermelon sangria should we run out of the watermelon mojito that was in a beverage dispenser. She was amazing. We could have benefited from having 2 servers as Betty suggested, but our budget didn't allow for that. Rates were competitive and reasonable. 50% deposit in advance and my credit card was charged the balance the morning after the event. No hassle, incredibly easy.
