Brittany, nor did Ruthie mention this is the only way they communicate to parents via the B/A program, I was informed this was a payment option. When I asked Ruthie what can I do now since I was to start the 27th and the communication was obviously off. Ruthie became rude. I asked if there was anything I could do, Ruthie stated she went through the emails and it wasn't mentioned in writing, she also stated she removed my child from the roster of the school August 23rd. I found those three individuals rude, very unprofessional and unethical by taking the $100.00 enrollment fee, and deciding what communication was is important to them. Don't take their word, take it in their writing. Obviously, it's the $$ they want.
