On my first visit an employee gave me the wrong e-cig liquid, I only realized when I got home. The liquid that I got was absolutely foul. On my second visit I came in to buy a battery that another vape shop didn't have. I noticed that all of their batteries were drastically overpriced, up to $20 more than the first store. I told the employees that about the previous experience I had in their store, and they said absolutely nothing about it. No apology, no remorse, just ignored. When you screw over a customer, you make an effort, any effort to make it up to them, that's how you stay in business. I didn't bring this to your attention to get sympathy or a discount (but I would need one to shop here.) Save your money, go somewhere else. They do have a decent selection on pipes and vapes, but be prepared to pay much higher than you probably should. read more

I am giving them 2 stars because they have a huge selection of various products, and I've found a few items that are hard to find at other smoke shops. That being said, the customer service is a bit disappointing. The staff is not very knowledgeable or helpful, and worse, their return policy sucks. We got home to find a glass piece was broken in half in the bag. It was wrapped in some bubble wrap that definitely didn't protect it in the bag. On our end, we should have brought it back sooner, but just didn't have the time.... But you could clearly see it was never used, still in bag the way it was found when we got home. We weren't even offered an even exchange, or a discount on the next purchase. We have spent a good deal of money here, so it was insulting. I would never run my own business this way. Entered the store with a friend and while looking at the cases almost stepped on some glass laid out randomly on the floor by a female employee who failed to inform/warn anybody that it was there and was then scolded by the same employee. Another long haired male employee behind the register was also very short and unfriendly towards us the entire time and practically yelled at me when I opened my phone for 10 seconds to respond to a text message. I understand there are strict laws concerning these types of stores but when you're selling items named "formula 420" and fake cans specifically made to hide weed, etc. you could maybe be a little more forgiving/not so stern and serious when a customer mistakenly uses the word "bong" instead of "water pipe". It's not like the feds are watching. Totally wrong personality type to be working in such an establishment. read more

Also was taken aback when my Id was requested immediately upon entry and I was also told I had to leave my coffee (with a lid) while browsing. Felt like I was being policed. I will never go to this place ever again, let me explain...I have been there three times (two times to many) and will never go back, first I got yelled at for vaping in a store that is a vape store. I never felt that the people in there knew what they were talking about ( I have been vaping for about 10 years so I kind of know when some one is lying to me about vaping ) but still I gave them another chance and was highly disappointed by the customer service. Anyway the straw that broke the camels back happened today and I didn't even have to step foot in the store.I was going in I herd through the door and employee ( in my opinion) rudely kicking a father and his kid out of the store, now I don't know what the store policy is but I guess you cant even have a minor in there even if they have an adult with them, anyway they came out of the store I asked him what happened and he told me. He shared with me that this was not his first bad encounter at this store. So now I know that its not just me and that I should have listened to my gut and not even have stopped here. We both got to talking and decided to go to another vape shop together where they let his kid in no questions asked and were quite nice. maybe the next time the staff there can be nicer when explaining there store policy to people. This place gets a 5 star rating. Not only is every employee polite professional helpful but they are so nice! They have a wide range of products in a pleasing to the eye and good size shop. Theirs prices are comparable to others and I would rather drive further out of my way to go here and spend a few extra bucks I gas and know that I'll get what I expect from them. Every recommendation by Alexa has never been a disappointment. I'm also pleased with when I recently wrote happy habits headquarters via their happyhabits.com website that I immediately received a response email from them. They asked me to give them the name of the store where I had bought a kit and one of the coil/pods was defective and they would contact them to let them know I'd be coming in and would have the coil/pod replaced for free. I have never had an expirience like this amazing one with any other vapor store let alone any company! Most companies make you fill out forms and pay for shipping to send defective items back and then pay for shipping on something they send back which can take weeks. They were hassle free and very generous and I was able to go and pick up the free Coil/pod. This is the coolest company who cares about having happy customers and respond right away and resolve any issues or concerns. Even when I have had questions I could call up this and they would always help me over phone figure out any issues with charging a vapor or what have you. They also stayed open three min past closing time for me because they knew I was stuck in traffic. Best store tops down. Best employees. And best customer service headquarters ever!! read more
