The quality of the steak was just great (and that means a lot coming from an American) - medium rare was perfect and I finished every bit on my plate. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice piece of meat (to eat) in St. Gallen! :-) The complaint I had was that we came with a large group on short / no notice (12 people) and it was over an hour before we even got our food... so if you have a larger group and are in a time crunch, might not be the best choice. If I had to rate the place on service and atmosphere alone it would get 3 stars, but the quality of the steak bumped it up to 4!
