I have come to believe that most pizza in Switzerland is fantastic and somewhat similar to NY style pizza. It's got a thin, special crust. Crunchy on the outside, but filling and slightly soft under the layers of cheese and tomato sauce. So, in we go.
Bf ordered the pizza tonno (tuna), for 18.10 CHF, and I ordered the pizza diavola, for 15.60 CHF. Mine had spicy tomato sauce with bell peppers, or peperoni, as the Swiss call them (don't get that mixed up with American pepperoni, the meat).
They were both big, delicious, cheesy, and full of flavor. I'm still getting used to putting tuna on pizza and also in spaghetti, but it's actually really REALLY good. So go try it.
Anyway, the prices were normal, the pizza was great, and we were even able to take our leftovers home in a to go box! What a winning night.
