As we walked in, I immediately saw the numerous varieties of the doughy, sausagey goodness. I picked a boudin and a jalapeno sausage kolache. They were the perfect dough to meat ratio. The dough was soft and flakey with very tasty sausage inside. The boudin kolache was a first for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The server was very friendly.
