I went to the car wash today and paid $13 for a complete wash. Since my car is being rustproofed tomorrow, I did go through the self service bays and paid $2 to spray out the wheel wells and under body prior to the automatic wash. When I got home, my entire car had a white haze on it and I could still see dirt on the windows where the wipers don't reach. My husband's hand-print was still on the hood from checking wiper fluid yesterday. It looks like they never even put soap in the sprayers. REALLY? Worst car wash I have ever had. I had to wipe the hood as it looked like chemicals ran back to the front window. Can we say- $15 RIPOFF! I just tried to call them five times and the phone is constantly busy. When I'm in the Richmond area this is typically the car wash I go to. There's several bays where you can wash your car yourself or two bays that are automatic. The car wash is open 24/7 for your convenience. To me, this car wash is very similar to the Jon's car washes in the area. I have never had any sort of issues and the bays haven't been dirty with mud and debris. On several occasions I have seen workers cleaning out the bays and doing maintenance. I typically get the $7-$9 car wash. It's Michigan and I drive on dirt roads so I'm not expecting my car to stay clean forever. It does the job and doesn't cost a lot. read more

Just came back from trying to get my car washed and the machine doesn't take dimes or nickels to make a dollar. I was trying to get a $9 car wash and when I hit change return the machine shut down and wouldn't return my money so I had to leave. I went to here out of convenience. There was quite a line for the car wash on a Friday afternoon. The car wash did a decent job but I am disappointed that even at the highest $11 price point none of the options had an underbody wash. read more

Do not go to this car wash. The bays are always full of mud- so you end up with it on your shoes and it goes right into your vehicle. The employees are too busy chatting to give full attention to upkeep if they are even around. The sprayers are weak, the vacuums are weak and the automatic wash does a very poor job. When I had an issue with the sprayer, the employee, Mark, was extremely condescending towards me. I could not believe it. Seriously, over a car wash? He was very rude and could have cared less about customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere. Not worth it. There are better car washes right down the street. read more
