I've debated on writing this review because I truly believe Liliya has genuine care for patients…read more However, when thinking about the misguided medical advice and hundreds and hundreds of dollars I spent, I feel the need to strongly advise women 35 and older to avoid her practice.  I don't want anyone else to waste time and money like I did.  I came to Liliya in an attempt to find relief from extreme anxiety, weight gain, gastrointestinal issues, and migraines. After many months of following Liliya's treatment plan, which included expensive cleanses, supplements, hair tests, pellets, and sound bites on top of her monthly fee, I was no better.  Enough was enough. I had to find more adequate care to find out what I had already suspected, my symptoms were due to menopause. I had mentioned this suspicion to Liliya but she blew me off.  Liliya's approach was fragmented, focusing on individual symptoms rather than addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance.  The whole reason I came to a holistic doctor was to have my body looked at as a whole, and Liliya was not doing this.  I remember Liliya saying that I had "so many different symptoms" that she needed to focus on what was bothering me most first.  Well any medical practitioner who knows anything about menopause would recognize every one of the symptoms I was experiencing as menopause. We're not talking about some obscure disease that no one has heard of.  We are talking about menopause. A period of life that every woman goes through if she lives long enough. With the symptoms I was experiencing, this should have been one of the first, if not the very first thing ruled out before going through the crazy litany of potions she continued to sell me for months on end. I know the address sounds like it is a magical made up place. Anyways I got there around 5pm and met Bill, He had me go though exercises to measure my strength, flexibility and endurance. Bill went over my results comparing me to where average was for my age, asked me if I was interested, I said yes and put his hand out towards mine we shook on it, I setup two 30 minute sessions a week. I have experienced lower back issues since I was in high school. I have tried Yoga and exercise in the past, but I would eventually experience too much pain to continue and make it a regular practice. This is why I choose to involve a professional to help me make an attempt to fix my back with exercise. I really didn't expect to see positive side effects so quickly. But within a few weeks, I started to notice I wasn't hurting. Then after a few months I started to notice my muscles are getting toned. Now that I'm 18 or so weeks into this process my life has changed so much for the better. I noticed this morning with snow shoveling I just blasted though the drive way and it was easier than I ever remembered.
