The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly dry and seemingly uninterested while doing my intake. She asked me questions and then "ok" after each answer. Even after stating my daughter died unexpectedly, she said "ok." WHAT?!?! You'd think a "counseling" office would hire people who care about people at least a little bit? No personal connection whatsoever. I hung up before intake was over because this was definitely not the right fit.
