He listens carefully, he's very honest, and he's dependable. Where real estate is concerned, he is also an expert on all things Adams County/Quincy, which leads me to another great thing about Joe: he is very patient. While searching for the "perfect" investment property awhile back, we must have had him show us dozens (and dozens) of properties. All. Over. Town. We ended up going with one of the very first properties which was, of course, one of his recommendations. We could have saved a lot of time by just listening to the expert to begin with, but the point is - he was so good-natured about the whole ordeal. Joe is just a really nice guy and a top-notch realtor. We highly recommend him!
