They treat everybody the same Chad Bruening has been to our house, not once, but twice to look at our fireplace and help us make a good decision for the size of our house. He spent a lot of time with us took measurements showed us which stove would work for our house. At first we were looking at fireplace inserts and then decided on a wood stove, he spent a lot of time on the features of the product and how easy it would be to operate. I truly think this is a great company. I'm very happy that we have them close to our home. Thank you so much to everyone that works there at Bruening heating. Great products at a good value. Believe me, you won't be disappointed doing business with this company. I will be back with before and after photos.

It now looks wonderful.
