Dust ridden crawl spaces, housing spiders, centepedes and cock roaches. Now, this company has ACCEPTED a grant for millions of dollars to "renovate". They haven't renovated anything! I'm sure that grant money must be used by a very specific time. It's painfully clear they pocketed this money and that money will not be used to repair or to renovate this these buildings or these apartments. Apartments are 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 or more for rent for those who work. Those who won't work for a living pay like 20 Dollars a month! And those people complain about everyone, fight with neighbors and let their kids run wild. Cars are keyed and parking lots are littered with trash, broken glass bottles, and vehicles are parked and abandoned here. Some cars are parked here for a week, then disappear. After midnight, it's kidnight! Kids come out and hang out in parking lot to sell drugs! These are drugs they got from their grandma, grampa, mom and dad..The millions of dollars MUST be refunded back the state, as they are CLEARLY!! , pocketing this money. Ohh, YES!! We rented a 20-yard dumpster from Mike on 5/19/23 for a week with an option for 2 weeks. They were…read moresupposed to come at 12:00 but didn't show up until 3:00. We told the driver we wanted to keep the dumpster for 2 weeks even tho we paid for one (cash) upfront. Today, Wednesday, I called Mike to confirm we would be able to keep the dumpster another week. Mike said he already rented the dumpster but he could give us a 14-yard dumpster for less money. He then said they would pick up the dumpster at 12:00 on Friday but when I said we didn't get it until 3:00 he said they have to have time to dump it and get it to the next client. They are a new company and trying to make a name for themselves in Burlington but if they continue with this practice they won't be in business for long. I understand they make more money renting it out weekly but we told them we wanted it for 2 weeks. We flip houses but we will never use them again or recommend them.
