Today, Classic Savory has branches all over Metro Manila and in the Philippines. Luckily for me, this is the branch nearest my home and work! We would almost always order their Fried Chicken with Special Gravy, Chopsuey, Long Life Pancit, Salt and Pepper Squid, and, of course, Yang Chow Rice. But, that is when we are a big group. When I am alone and need a quick lunch, they have move options now at Classic Savory. They have huge servings for the set meals - we got the hainanese chicken, salted egg chicken and the general tso's chicken. The meals come with unlimited soup and rice. We also got siomai for appetizer and my folks loved it. The only downside I can think of is that for non-pork eaters, there is very limited dimsum choices - only the chicken leg. All the rest of the dimsums have pork like the hakaw and the vegetable dumpling. Their soup also uses pork stock. So I didn't get to have the soup that came with my meal. Service is good, and the staff were very attentive.
