It's Vietnamese with a few Chinese items sprinkled around the menu. The Siu Mai was disappointing but that's kind of what one should expect when ordering a Chinese dish at a Vietnamese restaurant. The pork Bao had good flavor but the dough was a bit too dense. When I asked for sambal I was brought a jar of chilis macerated in fish sauce; better than sambal! Again, the broth, the most important part of a good bowl of Pho, was great. I will go back but I'll stick to the Vietnamese dishes.

Decent burgers, but not my favorite that I've had - the cheese to meat proportion was kind of off,…read moreand the bun is way bigger than the meat. There are 2 locations in Toulouse, and I came to this one (close to Jean Jaures); they have a decent amount of outdoor seating and the food comes quickly. I didn't really care for the burgers here, I've had better burgers at the food trucks, Bouche B and Mecs au Camino. I got the classic burger which had the beef patty, emmental cheese, tomato, lettuce and their classic sauce. I found the bun to be too large for the burger patty, there was too much cheese proportional to the rest of the burger, and the sauce was just so-so without much flavor. The burger was fine but nothing that I would come back again and again for. I have had much better burgers elsewhere. The fries were pretty decent and a generous amount. They weren't super crispy but they weren't soggy either. Overall, the burger was just okay. It wasn't anything special that I would come back for. Maybe other flavor combinations are better but I don't think I would eat here again unless someone I was with really wanted to.

I like the cheese there, pairs very well with their selection of ground beef. Overall was a great lunch option for the price as well.

The service was quite lovely. Both the server and the manager helped us to understand the menu…read more Good. But Not great. The charcuterie plate had a nice mix but a few of the meats were a little bland and the bread didn't taste like it was baked that day. Duck ravioli was super intense. Very rich and complex flavor that was almost to intense. My wife had the duck breast which was nicely prepared with a lovely sauce We should have taken the recommendation on the dessert but instead chose the citrus cheesecake. It was lite and fluffy versus the heavy New York style that I'm used to. Nevertheless I enjoyed it but I Susie t that the citrus tart is to die for. Service was exceptional.
