The best bowl of pho I've had. The meat was of very good quality and the spice of the broth was just right. Definitely worth the journey but it might be worth calling ahead to see if there is room because it seems popular. read more

If you are looking for an authentic vietnamese restaurant in Toulouse, this is the one! Cosy decorations, fresh and rarely authentic pho soup (I order to have raw beef, it was so tender)(remember to push the meat under the noodles once delivered). The dessert was a nice surprise- original and delicious- both mango tiramisu and fried taro are great! The restaurant is hidden from the main street though, it's behind the pharmacy. I will be glad to come back! read more

Do not let the remote location deter you ! Pho was excellent and the starters assortment was great and surprising. The owner was very welcoming. read more

I feel compelled to write this review: (1) for the benefit of English only yelpers (the other reviews are all in French) and (2) to save you time and money trying out other questionable Thai/Vietnamese/Asian outlets if you are needing a break from diary and duck anything. I base this review on comparing with other Vietnamese places in Vancouver, Toronto and Los Angeles. I also just visited Vietnam, so I think I am reviewing with good authority. The owner, Mr. Lim, speaks English (yay for people like me!). I had the summer rolls (can't remember what they call them here) and "bun" (the rice vermicelli/salad dish with grilled beef). My verdict is both dishes are as good as those in the motherland and outlets in North America with a large Vietnamese diaspora. The service is warm and friendly, Mr. Lim takes the trouble to explain the dishes to you. I will be returning to try the "pho" dish on a cold and rainy spring Toulouse day. Note: It's a bit off the beaten track. read more

Enfin un endroit ou on peut déguster du Pho. J'ai découvert cette soupe au Vietnam, et depuis j'en cherchais partout. Ce resto est tout juste parfait. La décoration est agréable, le personnel adorable et serviable, et le Pho : aussi bon que la bas ! On a le vrai goût authentique des produits, les épices sont parfaitement dosées. Ce restaurant est une merveille, le propriétaire partage tout l'amour qu'il a pour la cuisine de son pays. La chef fait des plats succulents a base de produits frais, le cabillaud est une tuerie. Si vous souhaitez passer un moment chaleureux, manger de bons plats a un prix raisonnable alors n'hésitez surtout pas. Merci pour cette bonne soirée. read more
