She continued to speak the exact opposite of my requests each and every occasion we prepared for court. It is NO joke when I say the team at Chvatal Law will encourage you to fold on topics that will directly harm the children involved. Within my case my opposing litigate represented herself and stood at the podium and lied over and over again and was believed due to the fact hear say is allowed in Family Court her in Washington in addition to the extreme lack of defense from Pat Chvatal. Not one time did she defend my case or go out of her way to protect my children. The woman was a toilet to dump my money into and she couldnt even get the names right. She called me by my exs last name and him by my last name. I didnt get anything out of giving her over 4000... spent way less and got full custody with a lawyer way less credible and his expertise was bankruptcy.
