The employee who helped me was also extremely rude, defensive, and came across as entitled. They keep online orders sitting on the counter without names or phone numbers attached. When she asked for my name, she said there was nothing under it, even though they had taken my name over the phone (why ask if everything's just in a pile then?). Instead of checking further, she gave me attitude because the order wasn't labeled, and even made a snarky comment as I was walking away. I don't know what warranted that.
