Also, the opportunities my son has to add different instruments instead of being stuck on just one has opened his creative mind 100%! I can ask the GM, Jordon anything and he always has an answer or will get the answer for me quickly. He never talks down to us and he has a tremendous amount of patience for the endless amounts of questions and overthinking that I do. The whole school is always upbeat and positive and my son loves every minute he is there. He has grown exponentially in such a short time and he always feels very supported. His confidence is always so high after a session. The showcases are always so well organized and it feels like our son is a rockstar! They got to play at the Brooklyn Bowl in Oct for their Performance Band Showcase! Next showcase is at the Hard Rock Cafe! It's really so cool! There is nothing else like it and we are grateful to have this school near us. The talent in this school is like nothing I've ever experienced and it's so obvious that the staff really care about these kids!

They called CPS on her, and from what I personally know of the situation, there was no legitimate reason for it. She is a loving, responsible, and attentive mother who takes excellent care of her children. Making a report involving someone's children is an extremely serious matter and can cause an incredible amount of unnecessary stress for an entire family. I understand that schools have a responsibility to report genuine concerns, but based on what I witnessed and know about this situation, I strongly disagree with how this was handled. This experience completely changed my opinion of the school. I would encourage other parents to carefully consider how situations involving families are handled before enrolling their children here.
