I have been to both here and SNB upick down the road. Despite the former being smaller in scale, they have far superior berries. To my knowledge Hansen's used pesticides to spray their berries, SNB does not. The berries here are big and full which is nice and encouraging for children, but are pretty much flavorless. I still prefer SNB's sweet, plump delicious berries. read more

When they handed me my bucket I thought it would take forever to fill it up, but I quickly filled mine (after a quick lesson). The people are so nice, the property is beautiful and the reason for coming the blueberries are amazing! 2 hour drive from Sacramento but well worth it, we made a day of fruit finding. read more

This is a fantastic family outing, with a bonus healthy haul to take home and enjoy. Our family intends to make this a yearly outing.

Took my, 2 1/2, 7, and 9 year old boys. We had a great time. Went early to beat the heat. No crowds. Picked for an hour and got 3 gallons! Saw some blue belly lizards too (added bonus). The people were super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Definitely making this an annual family event. read more
