So I walked through the TurboTax steps and was able to get myself a better tax break and when I brought that to her attention I was informed by her I didn't tell her about my kids in college when I did let her know in the beginning that my adult kids went to school full time so I didn't have proof of address from their jobs since they didn't work. After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.

This was my first time here but two people who don't know each other recommended this spot. I'm a social butterfly so while I waited I talked to a few people there and all of them said it's worth the wait. They have a good system where you get seen twice, the first time gets all your documents in order, the second is with Sonia who does the taxes. I've been married for over 10 years, I have 3 kids and I own a home. The last 5 years I either owned or got lucky and was even-Steven.
