I was very scared to have this procedure but it has already drastically improved my life.

Now all the gooey stuff being said, as a workers comp patient I had my issues with the dedication to my full recovery and the pressure they caved to by the insurance company nurse. I was determined to return to full duty and worked diligently to that end. As a senior citizen I came out on the good side of the recovery but not full recovery. More time was needed but PT caved to insurance lack of enthusiasm. I would recommend Michelle but they need to reduce the PT folks flowing in and out

Marcia, in particular, does absolute magic with her hands -- her work is the main reason I keep coming back. That said, the scheduling has been a consistent source of frustration. On multiple occasions, I've been contacted last minute and asked to shift my appointment earlier or later after I'd already coordinated time off work. Other times, I've shown up only to find that my appointment had "fallen off the books" or been scheduled over entirely. Today was unfortunately another example. I had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived 15 minutes early after taking off work and driving 1.5 hours across Atlanta, only to be told, "I'm sorry, I don't see you on the schedule." Normally I'd give the benefit of the doubt and assume user error on my end, but this has become a pattern rather than a one-off. While everyone is super friendly, the front desk feels overwhelmed and disorganized, and it directly impacts the customer experience. There's a lot of potential here, and the actual services are great -- I just wish the scheduling side matched the quality of the care.

I just spent a week in Emory cardio for a fluctuating heart issue after Soho randomly forced me off of Tramadol cold turkey, with no medical advice on how to cope. I had been taking Tramadol for 13 years for diabetic lower extremity pain. Attempted murder is hardly a medical procedure, though it's more likely he didn't even know he shouldn't do that to a patient. Not all doctors are created equal. The black market is a better option. For the record, I couldn't get involved with their "procedure" because my daughter had just been diagnosed with spinal cancer and I HAD OTHER OBLIGATIONS. \par \par }
