The director was very generous to the staff, and follows strict guidelines set by the state of PA. The center is located in a safe neighborhood with locked, fenced in yard and security cameras installed. Home cooked meals are prepared daily for the children. The owner has been operating for 33 years and is a certified nurse. Weekly news letters and daily communication to parents are through the class dojo. However, it is up to the parents to read them. I still the center from time to time to do evaluations and the program is amazing. I always leave there in awe of what the kids are learning. I am also friends with them on Facebook. I make unannounced visits and there is never a classroom out of ratio. The children have many centers that are loaded with play materials enough for more than one child to play at a time. There are play areas set up that offer many learning experiences including STEAM and a computer area. I think this is one of the BEST daycare and preschool centers in Northeastern PA. I would highly recommended it.

Our 4-year-old had struggled with separation anxiety and was behind on speech milestones when we first enrolled. We were nervous, hopeful, and honestly a bit overwhelmed. But the team at ABC didn't just meet our expectations--they exceeded them in every possible way. The teachers here are incredible. Patient, intuitive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Within weeks, we saw huge changes: our son was communicating more, excited to go to daycare, and coming home telling us about his "friends" and "Miss A." They took the time to understand his unique needs and strengths and truly partnered with us every step of the way. We especially appreciate the little things that add up to something big: the detailed daily reports, the frequent pictures of his learning and playing, and the way the staff greets him (and us) by name every single morning. They celebrate his milestones like they're their own--and as a parent, that means the world. Today, he's more confident, socially engaged, and hitting his developmental milestones with joy. And honestly, we couldn't have done it without ABC Kiddie Kampus. If you're looking for a daycare that feels like an extension of your family, this is it. Forever grateful, -- A Happy Parent

It's clear you had strong connections with some of our team members, and we're glad to hear they made a positive impact. We recognize that working in childcare, especially with children who have special needs requires patience, communication, and full attention. While your ability to engage with the children was a strength, being present and receptive to feedback is also essential for ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone. Our goal is always to help our team members grow, not to tear them down. Constructive feedback is meant to guide, not discourage, and we hope you'll take the experience as a learning opportunity. We here at LSA wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
