I asked her to deep clean five rooms in our home-- about 800 square feet--mentioning it would likely take ~4-5 hours of time. We agreed-upon the job and the price. In the end, she did a standard clean, not a deep clean, which took her 2.5 hours, and then she asked for more money, adding up to ~$90 an hour. I was very disappointed..... When confronted about the above, she would not take responsibility for her poor work or the overpayment. I definitely cannot recommend her, especially for any jobs working with elders, as I find her work practices are dishonest and unethical.
