We have had a terrible experience with this company. We requested a privacy screen be installed on our back fence. The owner told us initially that it would be a one day job and would take 3-4 hours to complete. We paid a $600 deposit initially. He schedule with us to come out on Thursday June 19th. Was told he was stuck in traffic for hours and he never showed so we reschedule for the next day. Tomorrow comes and he had truck problems, again didn't show. He finally showed up to our house the Monday or Tuesday after at 4pm and stayed for a little over an hour and left to go meet his wife for dinner. He then requested us to send MORE money to help fix his truck so we sent $400 more toward what was owed on the balance. Then excuse after excuse came the next week, we made sure to let him know we wanted it completed before the 4th of July as we were having a party and he said he would for sure be done by the. We didn't see again him until Saturday June 28th when he showed up at our house when we told him we were out running errands. We have a dog that is not friendly and has access to the back where the privacy screen was going so we had to run home in the middle of what we were doing to close the dog door. He stayed again for a little over an hour and then left to go get some supplies he needed and said he was gonna come back. You guessed it, never came back. He told us he would be coming Monday June 30th at 1pm, never showed. My boyfriend text him at 5pm that day and he said he would be back tomorrow. He text us the next morning that he would be here by 1pm and didn't show until almost 4pm. By that time we had already sent a text saying we were done and wanted a refund and we would be parting ways. He had more excuses and we reiterated we were done and tired of being met with an excuse every day and we knew this wouldn't be done by our deadline. We haven't seen any money back from Chris (owner) and haven't even heard back about anything after the last set of excuses and also left trash, tools and an extension cord. I suggest you steer clear of this company unless you want a "one day, 3-4 hour" project to take weeks upon weeks and never be completed. ***Beware of Christopher Hannon-fence handyman*** Stand clear of this handyman who is deceptive and a scammer. His work is substandard and he doesn't follow through on his assigned job. He was hired to realign, repaint, and to place a locking mechanism on my side gate. What I ended up getting was a lopsided lock, a gate that doesn't open or close properly, automotive paint used on my gate, and an unfinished paint job on my gate. He kept my gate for two weeks; when he did show up, he would stay for a short amount of time. He bailed numerous times!!! His excuses ranged from his fiancés car broke down, he was at church, he was stuck on the freeway, he was being fined by Canyon Lake water district, it was too dark to come, he had to pick up his kid and he'd be back, and it was his kids birthday. It turns out he was scamming/ghosting people in his former hometown of Yucca Valley and had several complaints there, which were discovered after hiring him. Save yourself a headache and your hard earned money by not hiring this deceptive person. This guy needs to stop working on fences and handyman work period. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TOTALED OR PET CRUSHED TO DEATH FROM A FUCKED UP GATE FALLING DOWN FROM A SIMPLE GUST OF WIND. If you are looking for manipulation and to be taken advantage of, please go ahead! Paid this guy $10,000 for a fence that started falling apart on day 1. He first ignored my concerns, then berated and argued with me when I told him my list of problems and points of complete dissatisfaction. fence is literally STAPLED together. fence is already wobbling, posts are coming out, posts are not pressure treated, the gate is super dangerous, boards warped and popping off daily. will have to do a big tear down and rebuild. this man's "business" is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I have 10 pages of documentation of how he broke the contract repeatedly. This is not even the whole story....I had more than enough patience and gave him more than enough time to build a fence that is functional and what was planned and paid for. It's so bad that I have had other contractors inspect the work and confirmed a homeowner's worst fears: It will cost so many more thousands of dollars to fix what he has done and to get what I initially paid for. Fences like this do not take months to build. He said 4-5 days. His crew walked all over my personal space for well over a month with a difference excuse for why it was not completed each and every single day including weekends. They came in and out at different hours every day, literally never when they said they would. I work from home with a disability of PTSD and I nearly lost my mind trying to work with this highly chaotic and disorganized man. I trusted him enough to let him know how much his disorganization was affecting my work, my personal space, and my life. He continued to walk all over my time and space with complete disregard. Gates should close and not be in constant swinging motion. There should not be literally 2 feet of space for dogs or animals to still run though. The2 gates are completely disfunctional and cobbled together. Neighbors even have mentioned things like "what the hell happened to the gate?" Posts should not jiggle. When you pay for a 6 foot fence, you do not expect it to be 5 feet in multiple sections. You don't expect the contractor to use your own equipment, let alone break it. Covered my own shovel in concrete, making it useless. Puncturing hoses, etc. Thanks so much guys. When you discuss the fence will step down in 1 section, you do not expect it to step down the entire way. You expect the fence to be aligned at each corner and the same height. You do not expect 2 feet at the bottom exposed. You don't expect for "welded" latches to fall off within the very first use. In the 10 screws this man did use, they are half sticking out. Other contractors have confirmed, the welding and hardware aspects to the job look like someone's first attempt at building anything at all. You expect respect of your neighbors properties, and your own. I asked over and over and over, can you please remove all the debris you cleared - it is on my neighbor's property. He told me it would be done daily, but it was all lies. You do not expect to spend weeks cleaning up the contractor's mess. I am currently on contractor bag #5 of his waste. I asked 3x to not use my personal garbage cans, and if they did, please put your waste in a garbage bag..... I cleaned them out 4 times up until the final weeks of the job. obviously too enraged to continue explaining. .. it's just a complete lack of attention to detail and not what I thought I paid for. it's falling apart rapidly, and I am out 10k. SUPER QUICK about getting a contract signed, asking for money, etc. SUPER SLOW, disorganized, and chaotic to actually do any part of the job in a reasonable way. Maybe he can do chainlink or super basic jobs, but they literally were unable to build what I paid for, even after constant back and forth for a month, even after "fixing" problems, etc. I was so thrilled when I met Chris about this job, really trusted him to do a solid job. The day it was supposed to start, the excuse calls started pouring in and did not stop until I had realize it's never going to be built the way we intended, and I just need to hire a competent person to fix all of these problems. In the end, I am still out WELL over 10k, and with a step-down fence that I never wanted. Be really really careful who you hire - do not make my mistake. read more

This company was quick and fast to finish the job. They came to quote us which ended up being literally half of what other contractors quoted us. We are remodeling our backyard and had to add this gate to pass a pool inspection and we did just that no problem. We have already but definitely would recommend them to anyone out there needing any gates or fencing done. read more
