Most of the products are organic, some vegan, and healthy foods that have minimal additives. For example, they don't carry carbonated soda. They have a Deli section, as you first walk in on the right, with some premade sandwiches, that look very good, a coffee bar, gelato. There's an indoor dining area and an outdoor dining area. They have vegetables, fruits, groceries, and some non-food items. Teas, some snacks, canned/bottled foods. The staff is bilingual; that comes in handy when you're French is on a junior high school level, and hasn't been used in decades. =)

They also have MUHC employee discounts (10% off) and loyalty cards that can be used for each purchase that isn't the drink of the month. I have to admit that it's quite pricey, but where else can you get such a large dose of greens and fruits in a smoothie? Don't be shy about asking for customizations either. For example you can ask for less ice in your drink or omit/add extra ingredients!

In addition to bulk foods they also sell packaged foods and have a great selection of imported chips. They had Bret's chips from France and Torres chips from Spain, both in lots of different flavours.
