It would have been nice if a hair dryer had been available so that the pauses for some people waiting for stuff to dry could have been accelerated. The staff was friendly. Staffer, Alex showed me around to their many different brands and took her time explaining and demonstrating machines. Honestly, I never heard of the brand Pfaff which apparently Alex and other employees own. The store also carries vacuum cleaners, sewing supplies and accessories and some fabrics. They have a class schedule and I took a courtesy intro class on my machine. My only issue is that the machine was advertised including an extension table and a Singer iron. I got the table but It took almost a month to finally get the iron. I'm looking forward to start sewing on my Pfaff!
