She repeatedly pressures customers to spend more money by trying to upsell them to longer massages or even four-hand massages, instead of simply respecting what the customer originally asked for. She doesn't even use her one hand. She stayed on her phone during my massage. The attitude toward tips is even worse. There is an obvious expectation that customers should tip generously, and if the tip is under $20, she acts unappreciative and makes it uncomfortable by pushing for more. Tips are supposed to be earned, not demanded or guilted out of customers. What makes it worse is watching how she treats the other women working there. They are polite, sweet, and professional, but she comes across as controlling and demanding toward them as well. The entire experience felt less like customer service and more like being pressured to spend as much money as possible. There is nothing wrong with offering an upgrade or mentioning additional services once, but repeatedly pushing a longer massage or four-hand massage after a customer has already made their choice is simply uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend management take a serious look at how customers and employees are being treated. Being money-hungry should never come at the expense of basic professionalism, respect, and appreciation for the people actually keeping the business running. The towels also had a sour smell. I don't think this establishment is using the correct detergents and cleaners in their shop

The massage therapists do not speak English as their first language but the therapist that I see (male) does seem to understand me pretty well. I specifically ask for firm pressure and he does use his elbows with some of the moves. To me, this is perfect - I have a job where I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day, so this move really helps to relieve pressure in my traps and neck area. I prefer to lay on the tables vs. chair massage. I have a frequent client card and get a "punch" each time I go. Every now and then, I will redeem my punch card for a free 10 minute massage which is perfect if I am on my lunch break from work. I definitely recommend this place for a convenient massage. Walk in's are welcome - I am not sure if they take appointments. Be sure to tell the therapist of your needs so that you get the most out of your massage. Enjoy!
