I come here to do my laundry every two weeks, and I have to say, before today, I might have rated…read moreit on the lower scale, but not all the way to a 1 star. The reason why is because when I go to do my laundry, there are washers and dryers that are always out of commission, and it is hard to complete my laundry because the place fills up immensely. The washers and dryers do an excellent job, and I have no complaints about my clothing. What made it jump up to a 4 is that I for the first time, decided to utilize the drop off service. It was an excellent experience. I dropped off my clothing on Saturday morning, and they let me know immediately that if I pre-paid, I would get .10 cents off the per pound price. I did that; when I came to pick up my clothing, they were separated by under garments, clothing, socks, towels - it was so neat, and they were so clean. I have to say, it was so I much better than expected; they just got a customer for life. The staff was very pleasant, and let me know how it all worked. I wasn't missing any clothing, and it saved about 6 hours of my time to get it done this way. None of my clothing shrunk... thank you for making it great. For those that are going there to do their own laundry, I would recommend to the owners to please fix the machines that do not work. It is very difficult to do laundry peacefully when you have to go searching for a washer and dryer (of your size need) to complete.
