As first time home buyers we definitely started this whole process scared and unsure of what to do but here we are at the end of the process with house keys and a new beginning to our lives and none of that would have been possible without the trust and commitment we felt from Earlynne. Would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation whatsoever!! We were expecting a much harder and tedious process but at the end of everything it all went so much smoother then we envisioned it and Wells Fargo was ready for us to close almost 3 days before the set date. None of this would have been possible without Earlynne and her organization and professionalism. Definitely can say that she made the whole process so much more relaxing and made us feel comfortable the whole way.

My mother has been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 50 years, and until recently she has…read morealways been very happy with the service I have received. On July 16, 2026, she came into the branch to obtain her monthly cashier's checks. As she has done every month for years, I politely asked if someone could make a copy of the checks for my mom. This has always been done as a courtesy without any issue. This time, however, the new manager refused my request. I was very surprised and disappointed. My mom is 91 years old and does not own a copier, which is why I have always appreciated this small act of kindness from your staff. What upset me the most was not simply being told "no," but that no exception was made for a long-time, loyal customer. After more than five decades of banking with Wells Fargo, I expected better customer service and a little compassion. Small gestures like this make a big difference, especially for elderly customers. This experience has made made my mom question whether she should continue banking with Wells Fargo or move her accounts to another bank where customer service and loyalty are valued. I hope you will consider my concerns and ensure that long-time customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Sincerely, Kim Medina (Geraldine Rose's daughter)

A few weeks ago, she helped me get a used car loan, and when the vehicle ended up being a lemon and I had to return it to CarMax (don't get me started), Cedra made what could've been a total headache feel completely manageable. She took the time to answer every question I had and walk me through every single step, explaining exactly what was happening and why. Already stressed about making such a big purchase, having someone that patient and genuinely kind in my corner made all the difference. I can't recommend her enough -- if you're financing a car through MeriWest, ask for Cedra.

Nicole, the bank manager and I , had to have numerous conversations about the acceptance policy of the bank notes. Once so learned all the bank rules, I KINDLY followed and brought another deposit with a piece of a one dollar bill missing. The tellers, AND the manager berated me while I waited for them for over 20 mins- and not only deny the one dollar bill with two different tellers, but to "print the rules for me" - which DIDNT happen because as she tries yelling to read the rules from the BACK OF A WALL she realized i was Repeating exactly what she had already told me AND- THEY HAD TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT WITH THE DOLLAR BILL MISSING A PIECE. She was so rude that I finally yelled back "YOU TOLD ME THE F-ING RULES NICOLE WHY ARE YOU BEING SO RUDE?!" The owner of our business was made aware of this and asked me if he should go in himself to address this. I will No longer utilize this location with the rudeness and lack of professionalism and honestly, think they will be closed down soon. Gratefully.

I would hate having myself as a client, but she has been extremely patient and you can tell she cares about building a relationship with you. It's essential to have a great loan officer when going through your home purchase and you really can't go wrong with Sarah. I'm not encouraging you to bug her at all hours of the day, but if you text her, she responds immediately regardless if it's 10pm or the weekend. My experience with the last loan officer was terrible and I'm so blessed to have been recommended Sarah. I hope I get the opportunity to work with her for all my future loan needs. The builder we're buying from has their own mortgage loaning company, but when I told them I'm going with Sarah, everyone in the office knew who she was. Even they said that Sarah was the only person to ever close a home with them on time. My experience has been so wonderful that I would want to write a whole novel about it. I hope Wells Fargo knows how lucky they are to have her.
